Enquiries to this website's chat assistant and calls to our enquiry numbers (01603 327731 and 0330 223 8230) are handled by an AI assistant, which identifies itself as such. So that it can understand and respond:
• Call audio is transcribed, and the assistant's replies are converted to speech,
using Google Cloud speech services. Chat messages are processed on our own systems.
• When you ask us to call you back, a short summary of your enquiry (your name,
business name, contact details, what you asked about and your preferred callback time)
is emailed to our team and a callback appointment is created in our diary.
• We use this information only to deal with your enquiry and arrange the callback
you requested. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third
parties beyond the processing described above.
Through the assistant we collect only what you choose to tell it — typically your name, business or trading name, contact details and the nature of your enquiry. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Enquiry summaries are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which they are deleted in the normal course of business.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Under UK data protection law you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection.
